If you’re sending direct to someone else, it’ll be placed inside a white envelope and then securely sealed in a board-backed envelope to ensure it reaches your recipient in pristine condition.

WHERE IS MY ORDER/ IS THERE ANY TRACKING?
- UK orders are sent either Royal Mail 1st or 2nd class - these services are untracked.
- Please first ensure that the delivery address is correct. It is rare for items to be lost, and most late deliveries arrive a day or two after the estimated date.
