📮 Order your card before 10am for same day dispatch 

Royal Mail is used for all orders. Free standard (2nd Class) delivery, with the option to upgrade to 1st Class at checkout - both these services are untracked. 

Royal Mail estimated delivery times

  • 1ST CLASS: Aims to arrive the next working day* (Monday–Saturday). Around 93% arrive next day, but delivery can take up to 3 working days.
  • 2ND CLASS: Delivered on alternate weekdays only, within 3 working days of posting (95% delivered within 3 days)

Just a heads up - 2nd Class can often take longer than the estimated dates. If your order is time sensitive, I recommend upgrading to 1st class. 

I am currently shipping to UK only

Due to new EU legislation, I cannot ship to Northern Ireland. Apologies for any inconvenience.

Packaging

  • Cards are posted in a board-backed envelope (up to 2 cards).
  • 3–4 cards are posted in a large-letter postal box which fit through the majority of letterboxes. 5+ cards are posted in a small box (this won’t fit through letterboxes).
  • If sending direct to a recipient, your card goes into a white envelope with their name(s) on it, sealed with a red heart and then posted in a board-backed envelope.

Once Your Order is Placed

Please ensure your shipping address is correct. If you notice a mistake, contact me as soon as possible.

Personalisation on Orders

Please provide all personalisation details when ordering. If any are missing, I will email you to request them. If you don’t respond by the deadline, you'll receive a non-personalised card and the price difference will be refunded.

Personalisation Policy

Messages must be respectful and free from explicit, offensive, or sexual content. Orders containing unsuitable text will be declined and refunded.

Missing Parcels

Please contact me within 30 days of receipt.
If it’s been more than 10 working days since your dispatch confirmation, I’ll be happy to look into it for you.
Please note that refunds can’t be issued for late deliveries unless the item is officially classed as lost by Royal Mail (this is 10 days since dispatch).
