DO YOU OFFER DELIVERY UPGRADES?

  • Cards are sent 2nd Class by default, with a 1st Class upgrade available at checkout. No other upgrades are available.

WHEN WILL MY CARD BE POSTED?

  • In a typical week, I post out every weekday. Find more shipping information here.

CAN YOU POST A CARD DIRECTLY TO SOMEONE?

  • Absolutely. Add your message to any card listing and provide the recipient’s address at checkout. I’ll print your message on a paper insert inside the card and send it in a board-backed envelope.

CAN YOU GUARANTEE MY CARD WILL ARRIVE BY A CERTAIN DATE?

  • I usually dispatch orders within a single working day and aim for prompt delivery. Postal delays may occur due to busy periods, bank holidays, staff shortages, or strikes. For up-to-date information, please visit Royal Mail Service updates.

ROYAL MAIL DELIVERY ESTIMATES*

  • 1st Class: 93% arrive the next working day, but some may take up to 3 days.
  • 2nd Class: Delivered on alternate weekdays only, not Saturdays. 95% delivered within 3 days, 5% within 5. *Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

WHERE IS MY ORDER / IS THERE ANY TRACKING?

  • UK orders are sent either Royal Mail 1st or 2nd Class — these services are untracked.
  • Please ensure the delivery address is correct. Most late deliveries arrive a day or two after the estimated date.

CAN I HAVE TWO DIFFERENT COLOURED CROCHET HEARTS ON MY CARD?

  • Certainly! As long as they’re the colours listed, please leave me a note when placing your order.
