FAQ's
Where do you ship to?
I am only shipping to the UK at the moment. Due to new EU legislation, I am unable to ship products to Northern Ireland. I apologise for any inconvenience.
Do you offer delivery upgrades?
Cards are sent 2nd Class by default. A 1st Class upgrade is available at checkout. No other upgrades are available.
When will my card be posted?
In a typical week, I post orders every weekday. As a one-person business, I may occasionally take time off. Up to date shipping information is available here.
Can you post a card directly to someone?
Absolutely! Simply add your message to any card listing and I'll print your message onto the paper insert that goes inside the card. (Please make sure the delivery address is correct.) Your card is placed inside a white envelope with your recipient's name on it and then posted in a board-backed envelope to ensure it reaches them in perfect condition.
Can you guarantee my card will arrive by a certain date?
I usually dispatch orders within one working day and aim for prompt delivery. Postal delays may occur during busy periods, bank holidays, staff shortages, or strikes. For updates, please visit Royal Mail Service updates.
Royal Mail delivery estimates*
1st Class: 93% arrive the next working day, but some may take up to 3 days.
2nd Class: Delivered on alternate weekdays only. 95% arrive within 3 days.
(Please note: 2nd Class can occasionally take up to two weeks, so if you need your card by a specific date, it's worth upgrading to 1st Class at checkout).
*Estimates only, not guaranteed. Please allow extra time for delivery around any bank holidays.
Where is my order / is there any tracking?
UK orders are sent via Royal Mail 1st or 2nd Class, which are untracked services.
Please ensure your delivery address is correct. It is rare for items to be lost, and most late deliveries arrive a day or two after the estimated date.
Can I have two different coloured crochet hearts on my card?
Absolutely! Please leave a note at checkout with your colour preferences. (I only stock the colours listed.)
