Refund policy

Mollycat Studio cards can be returned within 30 days of receiving your order. To start a return, please let me know through the contact form on my website. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You will also need proof of purchase. 

EXCEPTIONS/  NON REFUNDABLE ITEMS: 

Personalised items cannot be returned unless the card is faulty or damaged. 

COSTS:  

Return shipping is covered by the buyer unless it is for a faulty or damaged return. A replacement item will be sent, or a full refund for the original purchase price will be issued through the original payment method within seven days of receiving the returned item.
